About this site

This site has grown as a direct result of my love and passion for the pursuit of bodybuilding. The site is, as it claims, a celebration of the bodybuilding and fitness lifestyle. A lifestyle that teaches us so much more about life than just how to change our looks! It teaches us about focus, determination, and dedication. It teaches us that whatever it is, it can be done. It is a spiritual journey, as well as a physical one.

Because of this, I celebrate all bodybuilders, from the recently initiated to the seasoned competitors. I appreciate anyone who has what it takes to embrace the lifestyle! Natural, non-natural, genetically gifted or not. I respect and admire everyone who wants to use the tools that were given to them at birth to build the best possible person they can be!
